Queensland Representative School Sport (QRSS) greatly appreciates the work of its volunteer officials.
There are a number of roles that contribute to the smooth running and coordination of our events.
Team officials
Our
team officials consist of coaches, managers and trainers who are appointed to these roles and manage our representative sports teams.
Student officials and student official managers
Officiating is recognised as a development pathway for students within the representative school sport program. There are a number of sports where students are invited to express an interest in being selected to participate in this pathway.
Where there are 6 or more student officials in attendance at a championship, our student official managers oversee the student activity.
